Our development roots began with Bobby Wright’s regional research as a member of the local Coldwell Banker team, and thereafter, many years with Armada Hoffler where he marketed and contributed to the growth of some of the area’s most successful addresses. Around 2004, TWC team help “blaze the trail” of downtown living that continues today. Our passionate team worked diligently to purchase, repurpose and rehab incredible historic Granby historic district properties, including gorgeous multi-story mixed-use properties with true lofts and beautifully appointed condos as a significant part of the rebirth of downtown. Downtown is truly a live, work, play success story! The boundaries of downtown continue to swell as more residential projects are being constructed. We look forward to marketing and developing project(s) in the near future.
